While earning her degree in Business Marketing from the University of North Texas, she managed the demands of full-time work, setting the stage for a future built on resilience and determination. Over the last 15 years, she’s developed a well-rounded career in customer engagement, with 10 of those years focused on successful sales experience, always marked by thoughtful communication and a people-centered approach.

Her connection with Karl began on a lighthearted note—they once pretended to be a couple as part of an inside joke, never imagining it would grow into something real.
