Unlike many other residential painting companies, we do not give general estimates over the phone without coming to your home and getting a better idea of the project in person. Why? Platinum Painting began in 2008 when Karl and Marjorie Pickens noticed that other residential painting companies offered homeowners very few choices. Since then, we’ve helped more than 10,000 families achieve their design dreams! In that time, we’ve seen and handled every situation, so you can rest assured that we’re qualified to help you turn your house into a home.
How long does the process take?
When you first call us, one of our estimators is usually able to come to your home within two to four days. After you get your estimate, we can schedule the work to start as soon as two weeks later. The actual painting timeline can vary depending on the scope of the project, but we can generally complete work within a couple days.
What type of paint do you use?
As the homeowner, you can determine the paint we use. If you have a preferred brand or type of paint, just let us know! However, if you don’t, we often recommend and use Sherwin Williams’ Cashmere Interior Acrylic Latex and SuperPaint Exterior Acrylic paints. We have found that it has the right quality for a reasonable price, and our customers are happy with the results every time.
